I design tag kits for PSP taggers, Stat makers, Wallpaper designers & Tutorial writers.Tag kits are much like scrap kits but made on a much smaller scale. I have many designs that I offer free of charge, as well as my Pay To Use kits...and for personal non profit use only and they have been created in Paint Shop Pro 9. My files are not to be redistributed through other blogs, forums, etc.. and hot linking my download links is also not permitted.
