New "Girlz Rule" Tutorial....

I got a new tutorial for you....it uses my "Girls Rock PTU"kit. I was looking around for new tubes one day and found this lovely lady. I thought her colors were perfect for this kit. She inspired me to write this tutorial. I love how it came out and I hope you enjoy it! It's called
